【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭环境对伴对立违抗(ODD)的注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的影响。方法:根据ADHD儿童是否合并ODD,分为研究组100例(合并ODD)及对照组100例(未合并ODD)。采用自制家庭情况问卷收集入组者的一般人口学资料及家庭情况;采用父母教养方式调查问卷(EMBU)评估父母教养方式;采用多元Logistic回归方法分析家庭环境对伴ODD行为的ADHD患儿的影响。结果:研究组中父母离异例数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组EMBU父亲因素Ⅱ(惩罚、严厉)、Ⅲ(过分干涉)、Ⅴ(拒绝、否认)评分及母亲因素Ⅱ(过度干涉或保护)、Ⅲ(拒绝、否认)、Ⅳ(惩罚、严厉)得分明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。多元Logistic回归分析显示父母离异、父亲严厉、惩罚及过度保护是ADHD患儿伴ODD的危险因素。结论:离异家庭及父亲教养方式的极端化倾向是ADHD患儿出现ODD行为的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the influences of family environment on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) comorbid oppositional defiant disorder(ODD). Method:ADD patients were divided into research group(n=100) and control group(n=100) according to whether ADHD children combined ODD.The general demographic information and family status were collected by self-made family status questionnaire.Parenting styles were assessed by Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU).The influence of family environment on children with ADHD comorbid ODD was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results:Compared with the control group,the research group had higher percentage of parents divorcement(P<0.05).The scores of father′s factor Ⅱ(punishment,rigor),Ⅲ(over-interference),Ⅴ(refusal,denial) and mother′s factor Ⅱ(over-interference or protection),Ⅲ(refusal,denial),Ⅳ(punishment,rigor) of the EMBU scale in the research group was higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that divorced family,punishment,rigor and over-protection of the father were risk factors for ADHD children with ODD. Conclusion:Divorced families and extreme tendency in father′s parenting styles are the risk factors for ADHD children with ODD behaviour.更多还原
