木材表面仿制类玫瑰花超疏水结构研究
Study on Superhydrophobic Structure of Wood Surface with Fold Rose Petals
【摘要】 以玫瑰花瓣为模板,聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、不同浓度的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为试剂,研究采用模板印刷法,经过二次复形制备具有与玫瑰花相同疏水性能的仿生疏水木材。结果表明:木材经过仿生后,其接触角由原来的59.25°提高到140°以上,具有类似于玫瑰花瓣的疏水性能;仿生改性后的木材表面粗糙,有微纳米丘结构,表现出超疏水性和低附着力的特性。
【Abstract】 Using rose petals as the template, polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) and different concentrations of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as reagents, the template printing method was used to prepare the biohydrophobic wood with the same hydrophobic property as the rose through secondary replication, the results showed that the contact angle of the wood is increased from 59.25° to over 140° after bionics, which had hydrophobic properties similar to rose petals; the biomimetic modified wood was characterized by rough surface, with micro-nano mound structure, super hydrophobicity and low adhesion.
