股骨远端皮质骨旁骨肉瘤铰链膝置换术后假体周围感染1例

【摘要】 <正>患者,女,49岁,15年前因左股骨远端皮质骨旁骨肉瘤行病灶切除铰链膝置换术,术后肿瘤无复发,7年前左膝出现窦道,先后8次行开放清创术,感染未得到控制,患者保肢愿望迫切,于2015年1月26日入我科住院治疗。查体:体温36.4°C,左膝关节肿胀,周围皮肤完整、发红,皮温较对侧增高,浮髌试验阴性,左膝屈曲活动度0°～10°,内旋0°,外旋
