【摘要】 目的探讨同指指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法对25例指端缺损患者行同指指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复。创面缺损面积1. 5 cm×1. 2 cm～2. 1 cm×1. 5 cm,皮瓣切取面积1. 8 cm×1. 5cm～2. 5 cm×1. 8 cm。结果 25例皮瓣全部成活,伤口愈合良好。患者均获得随访,时间3～12个月。皮瓣质地柔软,色泽相似,指腹外形良好,不臃肿、有弹性。静态两点辨别觉6～9 mm。末次随访时手功能根据上肢功能评定试用标准评价:优20例,良4例,可1例,优良率24/25。结论同指指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损,操作简便、安全,术后功能及外形恢复满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of using anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger to repair digit tip defect. Methods The 25 cases of the digit tip defect were treated with anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger. The defect scopes were from 1. 5 cm × 1. 2 cm to 2. 1 cm × 1. 5 cm. The cut flap scopes were from 1. 8 cm × 1. 5 cm to 2. 5 cm × 1. 8 cm. Results All the flaps survived completely. Postoperative follow-up time ranged from 3 months to 12 months,the appearance,texture and elasticity were satisfactory. The static two-point discrimination was 6 ～ 9 mm. According to the TAM standard,the results were excellent in 20 cases,good 4 cases,fair 1 case,the excellent and good rate was 24/25. Conclusions Using anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger to repair digit tip defect is simple and safe,and the postoperative function and appearance are satisfied.更多还原
