【摘要】 目的探讨微创内固定治疗胫骨下段骨折的临床疗效。方法对58例胫骨下段骨折患者采用微创经皮钢板内固定(MIPPO)技术进行手术治疗。根据Johner-Wruhs评分标准评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间9～18个月。末次随访时根据Johner-Wruhs评分标准评价疗效:优40例,良14例,一般3例,差1例,优良率93. 1%。结论遵循生物力学内固定理论的指导原则,采用MIPPO技术治疗胫骨下段骨折,可取得较满意的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstarct: Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimally invasive internal fixation in the treatment of lower segment tibial fractures. Methods The minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) technique was applied to treat 58 cases of lower segment tibial fractures. Evaluation result was based on Johner-Wruhs score criteria. Results All cases were followed up for 9 ～ 18 months. At the last follow-up,based on Johner-Wruhs score criteria,the results were excellent in 40 cases,good in 14,fair in 3,poor 1,with the rate of excellent and good of93. 1%. Conclusions Based on the theory of biological mechanics osteosynthesis,the treatment of lower segment tibial fractures with MIPPO technique has satisfactory curative effects.更多还原
