【Abstract】 In recent years,more and more patients with metabolic syndrome also have gallstones,and gallstones may lead to life-threatening diseases such as acute cholecystitis,acute obstructive cholangitis,and pancreatitis. This article summarizes the association of obesity,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,and hypertension in metabolic syndrome with gallstones and discusses related mechanisms,in order to provide guidance for the screening,diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of gallstones.更多还原
