【摘要】 神经白塞病为临床少见疾病,临床表现多变复杂,可出现多个部位受累的混合类型,实验室结果缺乏特异性,脑脊液细胞学可表现为以嗜中性粒细胞反应为主及混杂细胞学反应,易被误诊为中枢神经系统感染性疾病。本文报道1例少见的早期误诊为结核性脑膜炎的神经白塞病,并结合文献回顾以提高临床医师对本病的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Neuro-Beh?et disease is a rare clinical disease and its clinical manifestation is variable and complex.This disease may occur in many parts of the body. The laboratory results are lack of specificity.Cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)cytology can be characterized by neutrophil reaction and mixed cytology reaction, which is easy to be misdiagnosed as central nervous system infectious. This paper reports a rare case of Neuro-Beh?et disease misdiagnosed as tuberculous meningitis in the early stageand reviews the literature in order to increase the clinicians’ understanding.更多还原
