辽粳401稻蟹生态种养模式产量和品质构成因素分析

【摘要】 研究稻蟹生态种养模式对辽粳401产量构成因素的影响,设置了辽粳401稻蟹生态种养模式(ERC)和辽粳401单一种植(RM)两种模式,测定了分蘖期、抽穗期和灌浆期辽粳401上3叶的SPAD值,以及辽粳401产量和品质构成因素。结果表明,辽粳401的ERC种植模式抽穗期上3叶的SPAD值显著增加9.32%~11.11%,有效穗数显著增加9.27%,结实率显著增加了6.18%,糙米率显著增加3.94%,蛋白质含量显著减低了6.11%,实际产量增加了4.35%,与RM模式差异不显著。辽粳401稻蟹生态种养(ERC)虽然未显著增加稻米产量但可以在一定程度上显著增加营养品质,是适合稻蟹生态种养模式的品种。

【Abstract】 In this study, the effects of rice-crab ecological planting method on yield components of Liaogeng 401 were analyzed. Two modes of ecological rice-crab(ERC) and rice monoculture(RM) of Liaogeng 401 were set. The SPAD values of the upper three leaves of Liaogeng 401 at tillering stage, heading stage and grout stage, as well as the yield and quality components of Liaogeng 401 were measured. The results showed that the SPAD value of the three leaves in the ERC planting mode of Liaogeng 401 increased by 8.34% to 10.03%, the effective number of rice ears increased by9.27%, the setting percentage increased by 6.18%, the brown rice rate increased by 3.94%, the protein content decreased by 6.11%, and the actual yield increased by 4.35%, which was not significantly different from the RM mode.Rice-crab ecological planting of Liaogeng 401 can increase rice yield and nutrient quality in a certain range, and Liaogeng 401 is a suitable breed for rice-crab ecological planting.
