莫桑比克某锆英石磁电选矿工艺研究

【摘要】 对莫桑比克某海滨砂矿进行了工艺矿物学及锆英石选矿试验研究。采用磁选-电选联合精选流程,分别获得一级锆英石精矿ZrO2品位65.56%、回收率41.86%,三级锆英石精矿ZrO2品位64.65%、回收率34.22%的较好试验指标;锆英石精矿ZrO2综合回收率达到76.08%。研究结果可为开发利用莫桑比克某锆石资源提供借鉴和参考。

【Abstract】 An experimental study was conducted for the process mineralogy of a beach placer in Mozambique and a beneficiation test was also performed for the zircon ore. In the test, a combined flowsheet consisting of magnetic separation followed by electrostatic separation was adopted, producing the first-grade zircon concentrate grading 65.56% ZrO2 at 41.86% recovery and the third-grade zircon concentrate grading 64.65% ZrO2 at 34.22% recovery. The comprehensive recovery rate of ZrO2 of zircon concentrate reaches 76.08%, indicating a good result is obtained. It is concluded that this research results can be of reference for the development and utilization of the zircon resources in Mozambique.
