面向运营安全的城市轨道交通线网性能综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Rail Transit Network Performance on Operation Safety
【摘要】 为了掌握表征城市轨道系统线网性能的关键指标,给出合理的评价模型,准确获取系统运营安全状况,面向城市轨道交通系统运营安全研究了其线网性能的综合评价问题。通过对城市轨道系统历史事故进行统计分析,构建了面向车站、线路、线网三个不同层次的评价指标体系;运用三角模糊数改进的优劣解距离法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)的评价方法,基于指标集进行综合评价;并结合实际数据,针对评价结果对城轨系统进行分析。研究结果表明:建立面向运营安全的城市轨道交通线网性能综合评价指标体系,运用改进的TOPSIS评价方法,将定性问题定量化,不仅有效反映当前的安全运营水平,而且减少了因为人的主观因素对决策结果产生的影响,提高了城市轨道交通安全评价的科学可靠程度和可信程度,为有关部门和城市轨道交通的安全管理者提供有效的决策支持。
【Abstract】 In order to identify the characterization of key indicators of urban rail transit network performance, a reasonable evaluation model was given and the system operation security situation was accurately obtained. Thus, the urban rail transit system operation safety on the comprehensive evaluation of line network performance problems was studied. Through the statistical analysis of the historical accidents of urban rail system, all the evaluation index system of station, line and line network were constructed. The evaluation method of technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) improved by triangular fuzzy number was used to carry out comprehensive evaluation based on index set. Combined with the actual data, the urban rail system was analyzed according to the evaluation results. The research results show that by establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of urban rail transit network performance oriented to operation safety and using the improved TOPSIS evaluation method, the qualitative problems are quantified, which not only effectively reflects the current safe operation level, but also reduces the impact of human subjective factors on the decision-making results. Therefore, it could improve the urban rail traffic safety evaluation of scientific and reliable degree and believable degree and provide effective decision support for the relevant departments and safety managers of urban rail transit.
