运动监测装置对柔性立管整体性能的影响

【摘要】 利用监测装置获取柔性立管的在役运动状态是完整性管理的关键组成部分,监测装置必然对柔性立管的构型产生影响。为判断该影响是否在允许范围之内,以中国南海某油田的9.25 in柔性立管为例,基于ORCAFLEX软件,建立立管整体性能分析模型,根据南海海域实测的海洋环境条件,分析不同波浪方向下,监测装置对立管端部拉力和最小曲率半径的影响规律。结果表明,波浪方向对立管最大张力值影响较大,而监测装置的质量及安装位置对立管最小曲率半径和最大张力值影响均比较明显。

【Abstract】 It is a key part of integrity management to obtain the in-service movement state of flexible riser by monitoring device. The configuration of the flexible riser will be inevitably affected by the monitoring device. In order to identify the influence range, a 9.25 inch flexible riser in an oil field in South China Sea was taken as an example. Based on software of ORCAFLEX, the overall performance analysis model of the riser was established. According to the measured marine environment conditions in the South China Sea, the influence of the monitoring device on the top tension and the minimum radius of curvature of the pipe end under different wave directions were analyzed. The results show that the wave direction has great influence on the maximum tension value of the riser, while the quality and installation position of the monitoring device have obvious influence on the minimum curvature radius and the maximum tension value of the riser.
