曲面自动化制孔技术研究现状与发展趋势
Research Status and Developing Trend of Surface Automatic Drilling Technology
【摘要】 随着各国航空航天事业的持续推进与深入,对飞机的性能也提出了更高的要求,提高紧固孔的加工质量以及构件的抗疲劳特性、延长飞行器的服役寿命、确保航空航天器的可靠与安全是航空制造工业中的重要研究课题。分析了蒙皮制孔技术的特点,综述了中外精密制孔设备研究现状,对多种自动化制孔设备进行重点分析。结果表明,研制适用于不同曲率蒙皮制孔的导轨及机器人是新兴的研究方向。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the aerospace, high performance requirements for the aircraft are raised. Researches on improving the quality of fastener holes and the anti-fatigue performance of aircraft structure, prolonging the service life, and ensuring the reliability and safety of aircraft structure, are important in aviation manufacturing industry. Hence, the characteristics of aircraft skin drilling technology was analyzed firstly, then the research status of precision drilling equipment was summarized, and the analysis of a variety of automatic drilling equipment was conducted in detail. The results show that developing guide rail and robot for different curvature skin drilling is new research direction.
