油气悬架系统刚度等效线性化及振动位移概率分布计算

【摘要】 针对油气悬架刚度的非线性特性,采用统计线性化的方法,对其弹性力进行了线性化等效。并以车辆二自由度振动系统模型为基础,得到了悬架系统振动位移的响应特性及概率分布,以此提出了悬架系统限位装置高度的设计依据及计算方法。仿真结果表明,提出的设计依据以及计算方法具有较高的准确性,具有工程应用价值,能够为实际油气悬架限位设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 For the nonlinear characteristics of Hydraulic-Pneumaticsuspension system stiffness, the linearization of its elastic force was equivalent by statistical linearization methods. Based on the 2-DOF vehicle model, the response characteristics and probability distribution of the suspension system vibration displacement were obtained. In that way, the design basis and calculation method of the suspension system height limit were proposed. The simulation results show that the design basis and calculation method have high accuracy and engineering application value, which can provide theoretical basis for the actual height limit design of hydraulic-pneumatic suspension.
