碰撞中乘员有无抓握顶棚扶手下的伤害对比分析
Passenger Injury with or without Ceiling Holders in Collision: a Simulation
【摘要】 目前在利用假人研究碰撞过程车内人员损伤程度试验中,未考虑假人抓握顶棚扶手时对人体损伤评定产生的影响,针对该问题基于LS-PREPOST和Oasys PRIMER软件建立汽车副驾驶室和具有手部抓握能力的数字假人模型,通过添加实车碰撞测试中B柱加速度曲线,模拟正面碰撞过程中加速度场,并对自由坐姿状态下和抓握顶棚扶手状态下的假人主要部位进行损伤程度对比分析。仿真结果表明,假人在抓握顶棚扶手的情况下头部合成加速度峰值和头部损伤程度指数(head injury criteria,HIC)与自由坐姿状态下假人相比降低了6.1%和30.2%,同时颈部最大剪切力、拉伸力和弯矩力分别降低了87.4%、76.9%、42.9%,胸部最大压缩量降低了16.9%。研究结果可为碰撞中被动安全领域的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 At present, in the study of passenger injury in car collision with dummies, the influence of overhead handle grips has not been concerned. A model of automobile cockpit was built with dummies in hand griping ability using software LS-PREPOST and Oasys PRIMER. A head-on collision in acceleration environment was simulated by adding B-pillar acceleration curve into a real car. The injuries of dummies in sitting posture with and without holding the overhead holder in the collision simulation were compared. Results show that the peak values of head acceleration and HIC(head injury criteria) of the dummy with the holding were 6.1% and 30.2% less than those of without. With the hand holding, the maximum shear force, tensile force, and bending moment of the neck were reduced by 87.4%, 76.9%, and 42.9% respectively, and the maximum chest compression was reduced by 16.9%. The results provide a reference for the research of passive safety in collision.
