两种精密装配用奥克托金基炸药的成型及稳定性

【摘要】 为了解老化前后奥克托金基炸药(cyclotetramethylenete-tranitramine,HMX)(HMX/F23-11炸药,代号H-2)的性能稳定性,以期为标准炸药的研制提供技术支持,对HMX/F23-11炸药分别进行高温加速老化实验(1、3和5 a),采用测高仪获得老化前后试样的最大直径并计算质量等参量,采用差示扫描量热(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)法得到老化前后药柱的放热曲线,获得了主要组分的特征量,同时选取另一种HMX基炸药(H-1)作为对比配方。结果表明:老化年限对两种炸药的最大直径、质量及组分等参数的影响均较小,两种炸药的性能均稳定;但由于H-1炸药老化前后的最大直径均大于标准圆筒的铜管内径,而H-2炸药老化前后的最大直径均小于铜管内径,因此H-2炸药可以作为标准炸药。

【Abstract】 The stability of HMX-based explosive(HMX/F23-11 explosive, code H-2) after aging was investigated to provide a technical support for the development of standard explosives. High temperature accelerated aging experiments(1, 3, and 5 years) were carried out for the explosive H-2. The maximum diameters of the sample before and after aging were obtained by altimeter, and the mass parameters were calculated. The heat release curves of the grain before and after aging were obtained by DSC, and the characteristic parameters of the main components were determined. At the same time, another HMX-based explosive was selected as the control(H-1). Results show that the influence of aging time on the maximum diameter, mass, and composition of both explosives were small, and the performance of both explosives was stable. However, the maximum diameter of H-1 explosive before and after aging was larger than that of standard cylinder, and the maximum diameter of H-2 explosive before and after aging was smaller than that of copper tube. Therefore, H-2 explosive can be used as standard explosive.
