中国科技人才区域分布差异发展趋势及效应研究

【摘要】 科技人才区域分布状况直接影响着区域科技创新和经济社会的协调发展。分析其分布差异和发展趋势及影响效应,有利于利用均衡发展理论进行宏观调控,缩小地区差异,促进各区域经济社会协调发展。运用灰色系统预测模型对中国科技人才区域分布状况进行了预测。预测结果显示,中国科技人才区域分布存在较大差异且有持续扩大趋势,这直接导致东、中、西部地区科技人才分布出现显著的"马太效应"和"叠加效应"等效应,不利于区域经济社会协调发展,影响整个社会经济的稳定,应制定相关政策进行有效调控。

【Abstract】 The regional distribution of scientific and technological talents directly affects the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation and economic and social economy. Analysis of its distribution differences, development trends and influence effects is conducive to the use of balanced development theory for macroeconomic regulation and control, narrowing regional differences, and promoting the coordinated development of regional social economy. In this paper, the grey system prediction model is used to forecast the regional distribution of scientific and technological talents in China. The prediction results show that the regional distribution of scientific and technological talents in China is quite different and has a trend of continuous expansion, which directly leads to significant effects such as "Matthew effect" and "superposition effect" in the distribution of scientific and technological talents in the eastern, central and western regions.It is not conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy and society, and affects the stability of the whole social economy. Relevant policies should be formulated for effective regulation and control.
