【Abstract】 in the process of China’s economy fully integrating with the world economy, we are hindered by many technical barriers to trade. In order to safeguard national interests, enhance the level of economic development and international competitiveness, we must look for various possible paths across the technical trade measures. It is found that rent-seeking and patent purchase are not effective means to cross technical trade measures, and only technological innovation is the most effective means.
