新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对上海商圈消费的影响及相关对策
Impact of COVID-19 Epidemic on Consumption in Shanghai Business Circle and Relevant Countermeasures
【摘要】 疫情对餐饮、旅游、线下娱乐、酒店、交通等产生了较大负面冲击。上海实体商圈消费同比跌去近八成,其中中心城区受影响更大。预判疫情平息后线下消费会出现短期爆发式反弹,零售消费线上线下融合发展趋势进一步深化,共享消费经济模式会遭遇严峻挑战。建议政府出台的扶持政策要稳、准、精,顺应消费偏好和模式的变化,重视大数据分析对于商圈发展的支撑作用。
【Abstract】 The epidemic has had a great negative impact on catering,tourism,offline entertainment,hotels,transportation,etc.Consumption in Shanghai’s real business district dropped nearly 80% year-on-year,with central urban areas being more affected.It is predicted that after the epidemic subsides,offline consumption will have a short-term explosive rebound,the trend of online and offline integration of retail consumption will further deepen,and the shared consumption economic model will encounter severe challenges.It is suggested that the supporting policies issued by the government should be stable,accurate and firm,conform to changes in consumption preferences and patterns,and attach importance to the supporting role of big data analysis for the development of business circles.
