自磨/半自磨工艺提产方法的创新与实践

【摘要】 研究了自磨工艺生产运行的特点,围绕自磨/半自磨机的"3 个极限",提出了自磨/半自磨工艺的提产和优化方法;然后结合部分选厂生产实践,证明了这些方法的可行性。这些提产方法克服了自磨机能耗高、处理量低的缺点,突出了自磨流程作业率高、运行成本低的优势。

【Abstract】 The paper studied the characteristics of the production and operation of the AG circuit,and proposed the optimization methods for throughput promotion of the AG/SAG circuit according to three throughput limits of the AG/SAG mill.After that,it combined the production practice in several concentrators to verify the feasibility of the methods.After the application of the throughput promotion methods,the high energy consumption and low throughput of the AG mill was overcome,while the advantages involving high productivity and low operation cost of the AG circuit were highlighted.
