仿生生物分子材料在牙体硬组织再矿化中的应用
Application of biomimetic biomolecular materials in remineralization of hard tissue of dental body
【摘要】 龋病治疗中实现牙体硬组织的再矿化一直是口腔临床治疗研究领域的关键问题。天然牙釉质和牙本质发育过程中细胞外基质蛋白及其衍生物或合成聚合物对牙体硬组织发育具有调控作用。该文旨在归纳和总结近年来这些仿生生物分子材料在牙体硬组织中的再矿化作用。
【Abstract】 Remineralization of dental hard tissue in the treatment of dental caries has always been a key issue in the field of oral clinical treatment research. During the development of natural enamel and dentin, extracellular matrix proteins and their derivatives or synthetic polymers can regulate the development of dental hard tissues. This article aims to conclude and summarize the remineralization of these biomimetic biomolecular materials in dental hard tissues in recent years.
