【摘要】 目的 :观察沙培林对口腔癌颈淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年6月间于广东省人民医院口腔颌面外科,应用沙培林局部注射治疗的10例颈淋巴结清扫术后出现乳糜漏的临床资料。结果:113例行颈部淋巴结清扫术的患者中共有10例发生乳糜漏,发生率为8.8%。予以沙培林局部注射治疗后,所有患者均获得成功。其中有8例患者治疗后出现疼痛,5例患者出现发热。结论:局部注射沙培林是治疗乳糜漏的有效手段,最常见的并发症为疼痛和发热。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of sapylin on chyle leakage after cervical lymph node dissection with oral cancer. Methods: A retrospective study analyzed the clinical data of 10 patients with chyle leakage after cervical lymph node dissection treated by local injection of sapylin in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Guangdong Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018. Results: Of the 113 patients underwent cervical lymph node dissection in our department, a total of 10 cases had chyle leakage.The incidence rate of chyle leakage complication was8.8%. After local injection of sapylin, the chylorrhea of all patients was successfully sealed. Among them, 8 patients de-veloped pain and 5 patients developed fever after treatment. Conclusion: Local injection of sapylin is an effective method for the treatment of chyle leakage. The most common side effects of injection are pain and fever.更多还原
