钝顶螺旋藻主成分CHC的立体结构研究

【摘要】 对钝顶螺旋藻进行提取制备是得到二氢卟吩类化合物的主要方法之一,确定其绝对构型是相关研究的基础.本研究以中国云南省程海湖产地产螺旋藻粉为原料,经丙酮回流提取、硅胶柱色谱层析、酸碱连续降解反应制备得到程海卟吩(Chenghai Chlorin,CHC),优化了制备过程,产物纯度91%.通过甲酯化反应、铜配体单晶制备及X射线单晶衍射分析确定了CHC的绝对构型并与国外海洋来源的CHC进行对比确定,为我国碱水湖泊培植螺旋藻资源的综合开发利用提供了立体化学基础.

【Abstract】 Extraction and preparation of spirulina platensis is one of the main methods to obtain chlorin, and its absolute configuration is the basis of related research. Chenghai Chlorin(CHC) was made from spirulina powder produced in Chenghai Lake in Yunnan Province of China by reflux extraction of raw materials with acetone, silica gel column chromatography,and continuous degradation under acid and alkali conditions. The preparation was optimized and the purity of CHC was 91%.The absolute configuration of CHC was determined by methyl esterification,Single Crystal Manufacturing of copper coordination and X-ray single crystal diffraction and compared with the CHC from oceans abroad. This study provides a stereochemistry basis for the overall development and utilization of spirulina resources from domestic alkaline lakes.
