【摘要】 文章通过石河子大学专利态势分析探索高校知识产权信息服务中心建设。基于智慧芽和Innography检索石河子大学专利数量,分析总体态势、热门领域、专利强度等,提出石河子大学知识产权信息服务中心建设策略:提高专利文献撰写质量,注重专利布局,保护好高强度专利,加速专利转移转化。以入选高校国家知识产权信息服务中心为契机,加强高校教师知识产权素质培养,助力高水平大学建设。在此基础上,提出高校知识产权信息服务中心的建设思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the patent situation of Shihezi University, this paper explores the construction of intellectual property rights information service center of universities. We first retrieve the number of patents of Shihezi University based on Patsnap and Innography, analyze the general situation, hot field and patent intensity. Then, the construction strategies of intellectual property rights information service center of Shihezi University is put forward:(1)improving the composing quality of patent literature;(2)laying emphasis on patent layout, protecting highintensity patents;(3)accelerating the transferring and transformation of patents;(4)taking the national intellectual property information service center as an opportunity to strengthen the cultivation of intellectual property quality of university teachers and to help the construction of high-level universities. Based on the above, the construction idea of intellectual property information service center in universities is put forward.更多还原
