基于TBL的卫生学教学改革探讨

【摘要】 TBL(Team-Based Learning)即基于团队的学习,是在以问题为中心的教学模式(PBL,Problem-Based Learning)基础上经过改革创新发展起来的一种以小组学生自主学习为主的新型教学模式。TBL兼有PBL的优点,也一定程度上可以弥补PBL的不足,其在医学教育中的应用尚处在起步阶段。本文从实施背景、实施流程、提高教学质量的思考以及对未来的展望等方面,对TBL在卫生学教学改革中的应用进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 TBL(Team Based Learning) is a new active learning pedagogy, which is developed through reform and innovation based on PBL(Problem Based Learning). TBL has the advantages of PBL, and compensates for the shortcomings of PBL to some extent.Its application in medical education is still in its infancy. This paper explores the application of TBL in the reform of hygiene teaching from the aspects of implementation background, implementation process, thinking of improving teaching quality and future prospects.更多还原
