横位产妇产时行外倒转术阴道分娩1例的护理

【摘要】 总结1例横位产妇产时行外倒转术阴道分娩的护理。产时能否行外倒转术应根据孕妇实际情况个体化对待。主要护理措施是充分知情告知,加强围术期的心理护理与健康教育,正确使用宫缩抑制剂,做好紧急剖宫产与新生儿抢救准备,术中、术后密切观察、及时发现并处理胎盘早剥、胎儿窘迫等并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the nursing of 1 case of transversal parturient during vaginal delivery with retrograde operation. During labor whether the operation of external reversal should be treated according to the actual situation of pregnant women. The main nursing measures are full informed, strengthen perioperative psychological nursing and health education, correct use of uterine inhibitors, emergency cesarean section and neonatal rescue preparation, intraoperative and postoperative close observation,timely detection and treatment of placental abruption, fetal distress and other complications.更多还原
