蜚蠊目RNA干扰的应用研究进展及展望

【摘要】 蜚蠊目昆虫的一些成员是世界公认的害虫,严重影响人类生活健康,采用RNA干扰(RNAi)技术可以减少蜚蠊目昆虫的数量以及疾病的传播。RNA干扰是外源性或内源性双链RNA经过Dicer酶加工处理为小干扰RNA(siRNA)与标靶基因结合,使相应标靶基因沉默的现象,从而阻止某一基因功能在细胞或整体水平上的表达,具有高效性和特异性等优势。RNAi技术作为研究基因功能的研究工具被广泛运用,并显示出开发新型有害生物管理策略的巨大潜力。近年来,此技术已被广泛成功应用于多种昆虫中,目前为止,只有较少文献关于蜚蠊目昆虫RNAi的报道。本文综述了RNAi在蜚蠊目中的应用研究进展,并展望了今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 Some members of the order Insects are world-class pests that seriously affect human life and health. The use of RNA interference( RNAi) technology can reduce the number of orders and the spread of diseases. RNA interference is a phenomenon in which exogenous or endogenous double-stranded RNA is processed by Dicer enzymes into small interfering RNA( siRNA) that binds to the target gene and silences the corresponding target gene,thereby preventing a gene from functioning in the cell or the whole. Expression at the level has advantages such as efficiency and specificity. RNAi technology is widely used as a research tool to study the function of genes and shows great potential for developing new pest management strategies. In recent years, this technology has been widely used in a variety of insects. So far,there are only a few reports about RNAi. This article summarizes the research progress of RNAi application in the project and looks forward to the future research directions.
