高校青年教师助课的实践与探讨

【摘要】 助课是高校青年教师走上讲台"独立"承担课程讲授之前的重要途径,对青年教师适应教学工作、提升教学质量和水平至关重要。本文从模拟备课、随堂听课、批改作业和答疑解惑几个方面进行探讨并针对性地提出建议,为青年教师尽快胜任教学工作提供参考。

【Abstract】 Course assistant is one of the important parts for young teachers in university before they can undertake a lecture independently; it is crucial for young teachers to adapt to a teaching job and improve teaching qualities. In the present paper, we discussed preparation of a lesson, visit of a lecture, homework correcting and question & answer. Based on this, some suggestions were proposed to young teachers for their competence in teaching as soon as possible.
