【摘要】 企业在增强竞争力,提升技术创新能力的过程中,IT能力发挥着重要的作用。基于此,首先在IT能力与企业技术创新的理论文献梳理的基础上进行剖析总结,运用系统动力学基本理论构建IT能力、创新概念构想能力、新技术研究开发能力、评价上市能力的因果关系模型,并运用Ve ns im PLE软件进行模拟仿真。然后分别对高素质人才占比、研发投入和IT能力进行灵敏度分析,研究发现:与企业高素质人才占比、研发投入增加相比,企业IT能力的提升对技术创新的影响最为全面。最后提出提升企业IT能力,促进企业技术创新能力提升的对策和建议,为企业技术创新提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 IT capabilities play an important role in enhancing competitiveness and enhancing technological innovation capabilities.Based on this,firstly,based on the theoretical literature of IT capability and enterprise technology innovation,the paper analyzes and summarizes the causality model of IT capability,innovative conception ability,new technology research and development ability,and evaluation of listing ability.And use Vensim PLE for simulation.Then,the sensitivity analysis of high-quality talents,R&D investment and IT capabilities were carried out.The research found that compared with the increase of high-quality talents and R&D investment,the improvement of corporate IT capabilities has the most comprehensive impact on technological innovation.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the IT capabilities of enterprises and promoting the improvement of technological innovation capabilities of enterprises,and provides decision-making reference for enterprise technological innovation.更多还原
