基于BIM技术的土木工程专业人才培养体系创新与实践

【摘要】 BIM技术是继二维CAD图纸代替手工制图之后在土木工程领域掀起的又一次信息技术革命,在不久的将来必将成为工程项目全寿命周期管理的重要技术手段。当前,我国土木工程领域的BIM技术应用尚处于初级阶段,掌握BIM技术的工程技术人员远远不能满足企业和市场的人才需求,因此高校土木工程专业亟待培养掌握坚实的专业知识和系统的BIM技术的高素质应用型专业人才。本文分析了当前土木工程专业实践教学现状,总结了BIM技术在国内高校的应用现状,提出构建融入BIM技术的土木工程专业教学体系,组建BIM技术教学师资队伍、搭设BIM教学平台,建设BIM技术土木工程专业应用教材,成立BIM技术企业实训基地等创新性措施来建立融入BIM技术的土木工程专业人才培养体系,为培养高水平的土木工程应用型技术人才提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 The application of BIM in the field of civil engineering is another information technology revolution after the two-dimensional CAD drawing replacing with the hand drawing.It will become an important technique for the whole life cycle management of engineering projects in the near future.In current,the application and development of BIM in the field of civil engineering in our country is still in the primary stage.Engineers who master BIM technology are far from enough to meet the talent demands in enterprises and market.So a large number of qualified and applied talents with solid professional knowledge and systematic BIM application skills are needed urgently.In this paper,the present situation of practical teaching in civil engineering is analyzed,and the application conditions of BIM technology in domestic colleges and universities is summarized.The innovative measures for establishing the talent-cultivation system of civil engineering specialty integrated with BIM are also put forward,such as establishing the civil engineering specialty teaching system incorporating BIM technology,cultivating specialized teaching faculty,building BIM teaching platforms,compiling civil engineering professional application textbooks of BIM technology and establishing BIM training bases in enterprises,which would provide new ideas for training high-level civil engineering applied technological talents.
