【摘要】 从学科服务内涵、体系、模式、平台与团队几个角度对相关研究进行了系统总结和归纳,指出了现阶段学科服务面临的学科服务平台与资源建设滞后、缺乏专业化的学科服务团队、用户参与程度不高等主要问题,并提出了提高学科服务质量的若干措施,包括加强学科服务平台与资源的建设与维护、优化学科服务团队建设、提高团队服务质量、找准用户需求、提升用户满意度等,以期为双一流背景下图书馆的学科服务改革与创新提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a systematic summary and conclusion of related researches from the perspectives of subject service connotation,system,mode,platform and team,points out the main problems faced by the subject service including the delayed service platform and resource construction,lack of specialized subject service team,and low degree of user participation,etc.,and puts forward some measures for impoving the quality of subject service,which include strengthening the construction and maintenance of the subject service platform and resources,optimizing the construction of the service team,improving the quality of the team service,finding out the needs of users,and improving users’ satisfaction,etc. for the puporse of providing reference for the reform and innovation of library’s subject service under the background of"Double First-class"initiative.更多还原
