【摘要】本文针对既有建筑主体结构提出了"工程质量风险评估体系",从地基基础和地上结构两方面,以及程序合法性调查、建筑环境调查、勘查设计、施工过程、现状使用五个阶段对工程质量风险进行评估并给出具体分值和投保分类建议,为保险公司承保提供依据。更多还原
