钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工缺陷及检测方法研究进展
Research on Construction Defects and Detection Methods of Steel Sleeve Grouting Connection
【摘要】 钢筋套筒灌浆连接是装配式剪力墙结构预制构件连接中的一种较为成熟的连接方法,其应用也日趋广泛。本文介绍了国内外关于钢筋套筒灌浆连接的研究与发展情况,总结了常见的施工缺陷的原因和破坏形式,归纳总结现有的几种关于钢筋套筒灌浆连接中存在的施工缺陷的检测方法并分析比较了不同检测方法的优缺点。最后提出了关于施工缺陷研究方向的一些意见。
【Abstract】 Reinforced sleeve grouting connection is a relatively mature connection method in the prefabricated component connection of fabricated shear wall structure, thus its application has been more and more extensive. This paper reviews the research and development of steel sleeve grouting connection at home and abroad, and summarizes the causes and failure forms of common construction defects, and analyzes several existing methods for detecting construction defects in steel sleeve grouting joints. What’s more, the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods are analyzed and compared. Finally, some opinions on the research direction of construction defects are put forward.
