教师学科教学知识的测评探析
The Discussion and Analysis on the Assessment of Teachers’ Pedagogical Content Knowledge
【摘要】 学科教学知识是学科教师所特有的知识,是学科知识与教育知识的有机融合。我国教师专业标准和中小学教师资格考试标准对教师应具备的学科教学知识提出了明确要求。如何有效地测评教师是否已经掌握了相应的学科教学知识,是新时代建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍迫切需要解决的重要课题。纸笔测试是测评教师学科教学知识的常用方法,通常使用选择题、简答题、案例分析题、教学设计题等多种题型,从不同角度来测评教师对学科教学知识的掌握情况和应用水平。
【Abstract】 Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK),which represents the blending of content and pedagogy,is the distinctive body of knowledge for subject teachers.The clear requirements for it are mentioned in the teacher professional standard and the teacher qualification examination standard in China.How to effectively assess whether the teachers have mastered the corresponding PCK is an important issue need to be solved urgently for the construction of professional and innovative teachers’ team in the new era.Paper-based test is a common method of assessing teachers’ PCK.It usually uses various types of items,such as multiple-choice,short answers,case analysis and instructional design,to evaluate teachers’ mastery and application level of PCK from different perspectives.
