【Abstract】 Science and technology evaluation is an important part of science and technology management and the baton of science and technology innovation activities. It is essential to support the high-quality development of science and technology innovation. However, there are still many phenomena that are not in line with the laws of scientific research and talent development in the current scientific and technological evaluation work, which can be improved through the reform and betterment of its system and mechanism. In a setting of comprehensively deepening the reform of"decentralization, regulation and service" and deepening the reform of science and technology system and mechanism, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of science and technology evaluation in Jiangxi Province in detail. Based on its reality, drawing on the experience of other provinces and cities, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the reform of science and technology evaluation in Jiangxi province, so as to promote the high-quality development of science and technology innovation in Jiangxi Province and secure a decisive victory in building an innovative province.更多还原
