【摘要】 通过对上市企业创新能力评价的研究进行综述,在此基础上构建科创版上市企业创新能力评价指标,运用层次分析法和Z-均值聚类分析对科创版首批上市25家企业创新能力进行实证研究。实证研究结果表明科创版首批上市企业注册地分布不均衡且企业创新能力存在提升空间。最后基于实证分析提出应强化政府的政策引导力度,加大企业创新投入力度,注重技术转移能力建设等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the summary and analysis of the research on the evaluation of innovation capability of listed companies, this paper constructs the evaluation index of innovation capability of listed companies with the science and technology innovation board, and conducts an empirical study on the innovation capability of 25 listed companies in the first batch of the science and technology innovation board by using the factor analysis method and Z-means clustering analysis. Empirical research results show that the registration of the first batch of listed companies in the science and technology innovation board is unevenly distributed and there is room for improvement of the innovation ability of enterprises. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the government’s policy guidance, expanding enterprise innovation investment, emphasizing the capacity-building of technology transfer and so on.更多还原
