【摘要】 构建交叉融合科技创新体系是实现技术融合和创新驱动协调发展的必要条件。基于区域创新系统理论,从体系创新主体和运行过程出发,对现阶段我国交叉融合科技创新体系的发展现状与存在问题进行剖析,在此基础上提出包含基础环境、组织保障、工作运行在内的分系统交叉融合科技创新体系构建思路与对策建议,进一步推动交叉融合科技创新体系高效、顺畅运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of cross integration system of scientific and technological innovation is a necessary condition for the realization of technological integration and innovation driven development. Based on the theory of regional innovation system, this paper analyzes the current development situation and existing problems of cross integration technology innovation system in China from the perspective of system innovation subject and operation process. On this basis, the papers puts forward ideas and countermeasures for the construction of cross integration technology innovation system of sub-systems, including the basic environment, organization guarantee and work operation, so as to further promote the efficient and smooth operation of cross integration technology innovation system.更多还原
