“双一流”背景下生物芯片与生物传感课程教学新模式探讨

【摘要】 在"双一流"背景下,生物医学工程专业《生物芯片与生物传感》课程存在交叉性较强,知识内容较多且更新较快,国内尚未形成完整的教学体系等特点。本文首先介绍了本课程的基本知识体系及存在的具体问题,设计了虚拟仿真实验教学、"科创"项目训练式教学等三种适合一流教学的课程模式;同时为广大高校教师在交叉性强的学科教学实践中提供新的教学策略和理论依据。

【Abstract】 Under the background of " double first-class",the course of Biochip and Biosensor of biomedical engineering is characterized of strong intersections,extensive knowledge content and rapid updating,and incomplete teaching system in China. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge system and the existing specific problems of this course,and designs three course modes suitable for firstclass teaching,such as virtual simulation experiment teaching and " science and innovation" project training teaching. Besides,it provides new teaching strategies and theoretical basis for the teachers in colleges and universities in the interdisciplinary teaching practice.
