基于Elman神经网络在电力负荷预测中的研究
【摘要】 针对某地区一个月的电力系统负荷数据进行了研究,建立Elman[1]神经网络网络模型,运用MATLAB工具箱,对Elman神经网络在神经元个数设置,节点层数及训练数据个数的选择进行了研究,同时与BP神经网络[2]做了预测数据比较分析。验证了Elman神经网络模型在电力负荷预测[3]中的准确性与可行性,相比较于BP神经网络的Elman神经网络具有训练速度快准确度高的优点。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the power system load data of a region for one month,establishes the Elman neural network model,and uses the MATLAB toolbox to select the number of neurons,the number of node layers and the number of training data for the Elman neural network.The research was carried out,and the BP neural network was compared and analyzed.The accuracy and feasibility of the Elman neural network model in power load forecasting are verified.Compared with the BP neural network,the Elman neural network has the advantages of high training speed and high accuracy.
