一株对羟基苯甲酸甲酯降解菌的生长及降解特性研究

【摘要】 以具有内分泌干扰性的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(MeP)为目标污染物,研究细菌1a51的生长曲线以及对水中MeP的降解。结果表明,菌株在R2A液体培养基中培养16小时后进入对数生长期,60小时后进入稳定期,随后进入凋亡期;菌株的最适降解pH为7,最适降解温度为35℃,随着目标污染物MeP浓度的提高,一定时间内的降解率逐渐降低后达到稳定,不同的金属离子对降解影响不同,Cd2+对菌株降解MeP的抑制效果最明显,Zn2+对降解几乎没影响,本研究结果可为防腐剂的微生物降解提供一定的依据。

【Abstract】 The growth curve of bacteria 1a51 and the degradation of methylparaben(MeP) which possessed endocrine disruption in water were studied.The results showed that the strain entered the logarithmic growth stage and stable stage after being cultured in R2A liquid medium for 16 h and 60 h,then entered the phase of apoptosis.The optimal pH and temperature of MeP being degraded by strain 1a51 were 7 and 35℃,respectively.With the concentration of MeP increasing,the degradation rate of MeP decreased and then achieved stable.The influence of different metal ions on the degradation of MeP was different.Cd2+ had a significant inhibition effect while Zn2+ had little effect.The research results could provide basis for the microbial degradation of preservatives.
