【摘要】 结合当前我国高校法学专业的教学改革现状来看,OBE理念的引进,促使高校法学专业在教育改革活动中得以对自身教学实践进行反思改进,是法学专业有效实现培养目标的关键,基于此,高校在开展法学专业实践教学改革活动时,需要结合自身情况,在OBE的理念下对自身教学活动进行改革,只有这样才能有效促进法学专业不断发展,提高法学专业的教育水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with the current situation of teaching reform of law major in colleges and universities in China, the introduction of OBE concept promotes the reflection and improvement of its teaching practice in the education reform activities of law major, which is the key to effectively realize the training objectives of law major. Based on this, colleges and universities need to combine their own situation with the concept of OBE.
