【Abstract】 Teaching design idea is the road map in the process of teaching design and teaching implementation, and is the process of the development and change of teachers and students’ two-way thinking in classroom teaching. According to the new curriculum concept and the requirements of classroom ideological and political education, this paper takes three-stage teaching design as an example, integrates the ideological and political education into the teaching design of food microbiology, and realizes the ideological and political education and professional basic courses in teaching practice.
