【摘要】 全球胜任力已成为大学生必备素质评估项目之一。中国已有大部分高校通过实施国际化战略培养学生的全球胜任力,但西部地区高校还刚刚起步。中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依校区作为西部地区高校之一从多方面培养学生的全球胜任力并取得了一定成效。笔者经过分析得出其整体培养体系已初见雏形并从留学生培养、英语教学体系、全球胜任力课程体系等方面提出具体建议,以期探索出具有自身特色和推广价值的大学生全球胜任力培养思路并为本地区其他高校提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Global competency has become one of the essential quality assessment items for college students. Most colleges and universities in China have adopted the internationalization strategy to cultivate students’ global competence, but the universities in the western region have just started. As one of the universities in Western China, Karamay campus of China University of Petroleum(Beijing) has made some achievements in cultivating students’ global competence in many aspects.Through analysis, the author concludes that the overall training system has taken shape, and puts forward specific suggestions from the aspects of international student training, English teaching system, global competency curriculum system, etc., in order to explore the train of thought of college students’ global competency with its own characteristics and promotion value, and provide reference for other colleges and universities in this region.更多还原
