【Abstract】 The graduation design is an important part of talent training in the universities. But, there are many problems need to be solved. Many measures, such as the team building of teachers, the multiple selections between the teachers and students,the control of the design process and the improvement on the evaluation system, were carried out by the teachers of the thermal energy department.
