【摘要】 目的:研究护理专案改善在玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者特殊体位依从性的临床应用效果。方法:取2017年10月1日至2018年5月20日收治的30例玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者为对照组(实施护理专案改善前),取2018年5月20日至2018年12月20日收治的30例玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术患者为研究组(实施护理专案改善后),分别从体位正确率和正确体位维持时间比较两组患者在特殊体位依从性上的差异。结果:对照组30例患者术后7天内体位正确率为52.3%,维持时间正确率为47.6%;研究组30例患者术后7天体位正确率达到96.2%,维持时间正确率为93.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(X2体位=12.8,X2时间=13.4,P <0.05)。结论:通过护理专案改善活动能明显提高玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后患者特殊体位的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application effect of nursing project to improve the compliance of patients with special position after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling. Methods Take on October 1,2017 to May 20, 2018, 30 cases were treated with vitreous cut the silicone oil filling technique were as the control group(implementation project before we improve nursing), pick up on May 20, 2018-2018 on December 20, 30 cases were treated with vitreous cut the silicone oil filling technique were for the team(after implementation of the nursing project to improve), respectively, from the position and the correct position to maintain the correct time to compare two groups of patients in a particular position differences of compliance. Results In the control group, the accuracy of postoperative position and maintenance time of 30 patients was 52.3%and 47.6% respectively within 7 days after surgery. In the 30 patients of the research group, the correct rate of 7 celestial bodies postoperatively reached 96.2%, and the correct rate of maintenance time was 93.3%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X2 position=12.8, X2 time=13.4, P<0.05). Conclusion The compliance of patients with special position after vitrectomy combined with silicone oil filling can be significantly improved by nursing program improvement activities.更多还原
