【Abstract】 With the vigorous implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy and gradually accelerating rapid of innovative country,the promotion and application of innovative methods,as an important part of technological innovation,is playing more and more attention at present.In the long-time practice of the Heilongjiang Province’s promotion and application,it is found that lecture construction is an important factor affecting the promotion and application of innovative methods.All in all,the mode of innovative method lecture group construction in Heilongjiang province is put forward,and some useful suggestion is given based on the status analysis of it.更多还原
