【摘要】 目的:研究白细胞介素8-251位点(interleukin-8-251,IL-8-251)基因多态性与中重度慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法:采用病例对照实验设计,从广东汉族人群中选择67例中重度慢性牙周炎(moderate and severe chronic periodontitis,CP)患者及50例牙周健康的健康对照者,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)对白细胞介素-8-251(IL-8-251)位点基因多态性检测分析两组间等位基因的分布以及基因型频率的变化。结果:与健康对照组比较,CP组IL-8-251 A/T位点的基因型分布情况以及A、T等位基因频率间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尚不能得出来自中国广东的汉族人群中重度慢性牙周炎易感性与IL-8-251 A/T间是否存在相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate interleukin-8 gene polymorphisms at the position-251 and the association with moderate and severe chronic periodontitis. Methods:The genotype and allele distributions of interleukin-8 in a case-control study involving 67 patients with moderate and moderate and severe chronic periodontitis and 50 healthy periodontal controls were analyzed based on polymerase chain reaction-restricti on fragment length polymorphisms. Results:Compared with the healthy control group, the genotype or allele frequencies of for interleukin-8-251 A/T polymorphisms in CP Group had no change and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:It is not clear whether there is a correlation between the susceptibility to moderate and severe chronic periodontitis and IL-8-251 A/T in HAN people from Guangdong, China.更多还原
