【摘要】 IL-8是最早发现的趋化性细胞因子,属于CXC亚型,在卵巢癌、胃癌、肾癌等多种肿瘤中表达上调。IL-8与其受体CXCR1或CXCR2结合后能够激活多个下游信号通路,进而对肿瘤的上皮间充质转化、血管生成、迁移以及侵袭等过程产生一定的影响。本文从多角度分析IL-8与肿瘤的关系,总结了临床上通过靶向IL-8治疗肿瘤的一些方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 IL-8 is the first chemokine discovered by people which belongs to the CXC subtype. It is up-regulated in many tumors such as ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, and kidney cancer. After binding to its receptor CXCR1 or CXCR2, IL-8 can activate multiple downstream signaling pathways, and then affect the epithelial-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis, migration, and invasion of the tumor. This article mainly analyzes the relationship between IL-8 and tumors from multiple perspectives, and summarizes some methods of clinical treatment of tumors by targeting IL-8.更多还原
