天然锰矿低温NH3-SCR烟气脱硝催化活性研究

【摘要】 本文以四种不同品位天然锰矿作为催化剂,系统地研究了天然锰矿NH3低温选择性催化还原NO活性。通过X-射线衍射、比表面积分析、扫描电镜和程序升温脱附等方法对催化剂的物化性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:天然锰矿具有良好的脱硝性能,且随着锰矿品位降低,锰矿脱硝效果变好,其中低品位天然锰矿C# 锰矿的脱硝效果较佳,在150~250℃范围内,脱硝率保持在95%以上,是一种稳定性高、环境友好、制作简单、成本低的催化剂。

【Abstract】 Four different grades of natural manganese ores were used as catalysts to systematically study the performance of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3 at low temperature.The physical and chemical properties of catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Brunauer-Emmett–Teller (BET) specific surface area analysis,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and NH3 temperature programmed desorption methods.The results showed that natural manganese ore has a good low-temperature denitrification activity,and with the reduction of manganese ore grade,the denitrification effect of manganese ore is better.The low-grade natural manganese ore (C# ore) has the best NO conversion ratio,which more maintains than 95% in the range of 150 ~250℃ Denitrification;Natural manganese ore;Selective catalytic reduction (SCR);Nitrogen oxides.It could be a novel catalyst in terms of stability,environmental friendliness,simple production,good efficiency and low cost.
