【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国住宅建设取得了巨大成就,住宅建成环境品质逐渐向高质量、重参与的方向发展。城市中心区存在大量上世纪八九十年代建成的住区,目前来看其建筑使用功能及建成环境品质已经严重滞后,存在使用情况混乱、功能单一等实际问题。文章以大连市中山区人民路街道福寿社区为例,分析其现状存在的问题,把握品质提升这一改造重点,从多方参与的角度提出针对既有住区外环境品质提升的设计策略,寻求设计者、政府和居民三方共同参与的实践方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements in housing construction. The quality of the built environment of the dwelling gradually develops in the direction of high quality and heavy participation. There are a large number of residential areas built around the 1980 s and 1990 s in the city’s central area. At present, the use of buildings and the quality of the built environment have lagged seriously, and there are practical problems such as chaotic use and single functions. This article takes Fushou Community, Renmin Road Street, Zhongshan District, Dalian as an example, analyzes the existing problems, grasps the emphasis on quality improvement, and proposes a design strategy for improving the environmental quality outside the existing residential area from the perspective of multi-party participation.
