【Abstract】 The historical and cultural block is a city’s memory, carrying the complex of the city’s material and immaterial culture, and is a witness to the development of the city. Against the background of rapid economic globalization, industrialization and urbanization, the government ignored cultural construction, causing serious urban homogeneity, leading to the crisis of material decline and vitality in historical and cultural neighborhoods.
